Lawyer: How tall would you say this person was?

Witness: Tall.

Lawyer: How tall are you?

Witness: During the summer five-foot-two, during the winter I'm five-foot-one.

Lawyer: This was winter time?

Witness: February.

Lawyer: You were five-foot-one at the time?

Witness: Okay.

JUDGE: How do you do that?

Witness: I don't know, Judge, it just happens.

JUDGE: That's remarkable.

Witness: I know.
